1. Your link is not being seen:
Make sure you've shared your NGL link in a visible place, such as your Instagram Story or bio. The more you share it, the more messages you'll get.
2. Your NGL link might be turned off:
Check in the NGL app settings to make sure your link is active (not paused or disabled).
3. Notifications are disabled:
Go to your phone's settings and ensure NGL has permission to send you notifications, so you're alerted when messages arrive.
4. Filters are too strict:
If you have keyword filters enabled, some messages might be automatically hidden. Check your filter settings in the app.
5. App needs updating:
Make sure you're running the latest version of the NGL app. Go to the App Store or Google Play and check for updates.
