- Restart the app: Close NGL completely and reopen it.
- Restart your device: A simple restart often resolves app issues.
- Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
- Update the app: Go to the App Store or Google Play and check if an NGL update is available. Always use the latest version.
- Free up storage: If your device is low on storage, apps may behave erratically. Delete unused apps or files.
